Message	Not sure about the laws there but in Colorado officers had to buy those tint meters themselves and very few actually have them. I got a tint ticket too and had a buddy sign off on mine. He said when somebody would come by that station they would just sign off on them since nobody had a meter. If it's close to legal percentage it's worth a try. Good people drink good beer.
